Documents We Need

  • Application form completed and signed by the applicant. (If the applicant is a minor, the visa application must be signed by both parents/legal guardians)
  • Cover letter addressing to visa officer of embassy of Cyprus
  • Employment letter
  • 2 Recent unused passport size photos signed at the back, not older than 6 months (35 MM x 45 MM) in color with white background with no software corrections.
  • Original valid passport + photocopy of passport + Old Passports (If any) valid 6 month from the date of departure.
  • Flight itinerary (2 way)
  • Proof of accommodation – hotel reservations, rental of holiday home- If the applicant intends to stay with a family member or a friend, proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation from the host
  • Original bank statement of the last three months with Stamp and signed
  • ITR last three years
  • Letter from the employer / letter of explanation from the applicant
  • Medical travel insurance (coverage of at least €30.000)
  • Affidavit form parents (for children under the age of 18)
