Visa Details

* Application form completed and signed by the applicant

* Visa fee payment receipt printed

* Cover letter addressing to visa officer of embassy of Denmark

* 1 Recent unused passport size photos signed at the back, not older than 6 months (35 MM x 45 MM) in color with white background

* Original valid passport + old Passports (If any) valid 3 month from the date of departure, with at least two blank pages

* Flight reservation (return ticket)

* Proof of accommodation – hotel reservations

* Original personal bank statement of the last three months with stamp and signed

* ITR last three years

* Medical travel insurance (coverage of at least €30.000)

* Marriage certificate: If travelling with spouse - Copy of marriage certificate, if applicant is married and cannot provide evidence of marital status in the passport; copy of ration card, if applicable

* OCCUPATION PROOF
