* Original valid passport: - issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages

* Application form: - completed & signed by the applicant (filled online)

* One recent unused passport photograph: - not older than 6 months (35 MM x 45 MM) in color with white background, 80% face with no software corrections

* Travel health insurance: - valid in Schengen countries with a coverage of at least 30,000 EUR

Proof of accommodation: - Hotel reservations

* Return Air Ticket

* Cover letter addressing to visa officer embassy of Germany (stating purpose of travel, passport number, expenses bearing) 

* Proof of financial means: - Last 3 months personal bank account statements with stamp and signature of the bank
