• Scanned current valid passport at least 6 month validity from the date of departure (bio and address page)
• One recent unused photograph 35 x 45 MM white background and with matt finish (Digital Photo is required in JPEG only)
• Cover letter addressed to the visa officer, New Zealand high commission, New Delhi mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause
• Personal till date updated bank statement of last 06 months with bank seal and signature from the authorized person from the bank (PDF only)
• Personal ITR last 3 years (PDF only)
• Contact number and email id of applicant
• Performa form duly filled
• Hotel confirmation
• Aadhar card and pan card
