Visa Details

* Completed visa application form-11, must be completed in black ink and in block letters and signed by applicant

* Original valid passport validity of six months after the scheduled return and with two blank pages (old passport mandatory if any)

* Two recent unused passport size (35 x 45 MM) colored photo with white background 80% face, not older than six months

* Personal cover letter from the applicant stating name, passport number, duration of intended stay

* Return Flight Ticket

* Hotel booking on tour operators letterhead stating name, passport number of applicant and duration of intended date and place

* Day to day itinerary

* Original bank statement of the last 3 months with bank stamp and signature 

* Vaccination certificate (yellow fever), if applicant is staying in yellow fever belt

* Marriage certificate if spouse name is not endorse in passport
